“House was exactly as described, well-stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Location is perfect, beaches, battleship, family, and restaurants all within 20 minutes of house. Owner was extremely fast in replying to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

“A tastefully decorated and comfortable place with all the amenities you could need for a short stay. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and the host was always quick to respond with any questions I had. The space was very clean and the combination of the a/c unit and ceiling fan worked perfectly for keeping the space cool even on hot days. Almost anything you want to do is located within a 15-20 minute drive even during heavy traffic hours. The space is also very private and quiet,……

“We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!”

“So great to find a beautiful and cat friendly rental! The game room was a definite bonus for my teen & young adult nephews. The kitchen was well equipped, and was used throughout our 10-day stay to make all my nephews' favorites. Location was quiet yet very close to any activity we desired. ”

“We spent four days at this property during our family beach trip. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk. It was clean and well-maintained, and while we did have one issue upon check-in, the host was very responsive and helped to rectify the problem. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site with two little kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms (especially the showers!) are very nice. Overall, we had a great stay.……
