「I spent about $550 for two nights for a King room. I was placed in a double queen and was told they couldn’t do anything.-“The website must have double booked”. The patio was black with mold and stagnant water. There were different hairs throughout the room and shower. Other various places were clearly not cleaned. The fridge wasn’t cold. I was in the room for maybe 2 hours until I couldn’t stand it anymore. Ended up booking elsewhere. Will never see the money I spent on this again.」

「The hotel had easy access to the beach and has a pool, there’s a bar right by the pool and coffee bar right in the lobby. It’s so convenient. They don’t have a lot of garage parking but there’s parking uncovered. The staff is great at the front desk, housekeeping, the shuttle service. I will say the food onsite for breakfast wasn’t bad, but the wait staff was not as friendly. The room was very clean. All in all it was such a great trip! They do have a resort charge $30/night, so just keep that...

In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」
