“Right on the water”

“Nice and convenient!”

“The outside was ok the inside rooms were updated but not bathroom which needs updating. Not super clean but was not filthy. Wouldn’t rate an 8.2”

“It was okay, I have stayed here for years but this time I felt it was not as well maintained. I asked for a crib at check in time & they said they would deliver it. It was after 11 pm when we got back in that night & no crib, also no answer so we had to move the mattress in the floor so our 9 mth old wouldn't get hurt.”

“When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, when we got to our room, it had not been cleaned yet. I could tell the staff member felt disappointed when I informed her, but she handled the situation professionally and resolved it well, which I appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. We were also able to relax and enjoy our stay once everything was sorted out. One suggestion would be to check the mattress cover and shower curtain, as……

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“We got to the hotel and they didnt have a room after we booked two months in advance. The hotel staff were very much helpful with trying to accommodate us. They offered us the only room available which had a leaky ac wall unit. Which at the moment was ok due to the fact we had an event to attend. They called the maintenance guy who attempted to fix it. When we returned back to the room after our event the room smelled terrible. It smelled like mold or mildew to the point my friend began throwing……
