"I was so impressed with this place. I gave it five stars because it was clean, the staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I absolutely loved that they had water dispensers by the ice machines and also in the lobby. This hotel is not meant to compete with high end places like the Waldorf, but for the money it was excellent. I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. I would have liked a microwave in the room, but there is one in the breakfast area that you can use."

"Everything in the hotel was great except for the beds. I had a room with two beds. I laid in one and it was too soft and rolling over it sounded like springs were loose. (Not sure if they even had them.). I switched to the other bed and it was the same."

"I made the booking by mistake because of a glitch in the hotels app. I reached out to the hotel multiple times asking if there were any way I could be refunded since it was a mistake and since I did not stay. I never received a response."

"We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. We were on the ground level and can hear every movement above us. "

"Renovating hotel. New management 1 month ago. High ladder almost blocking entrance door outside our room. No safety rails in bath tub/shower, bed uncomfortable, no kleenex at all, tv remote low batteries, no clock in room. Have stayed 2 times in the past, no problems. Will definitely pass next time through town"
