「This was the perfect place to enjoy family and friends in a breathtaking setting !! The views , the house , the bedrooms … everything over the top!It is large and spacious with private space and gathering places …The beach is just steps away …It’s a 10!」

「This was the perfect VRBO rental. The host Lena and Bob where there for us with any questions we had prior and during the trip. They made me feel so comfortable with understanding what to expect as well as greeting us with supplies that made me feel like I was walking into my own home. The only difference is that this home is so beautiful that my jaw just dropped at every turn. Once you walk through the front doors, your eyes are drawn to the beautiful views of the bay and crystal clear water....

「Spoiler alert. I would book again. Check in and check out very easy. House is as described and looks like the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor space and took advantage of the beautiful view while using the pool. Patricia was available via text or phone calls whenever a question came up and resolved issue (dishwasher tabs) immediately. My family and I will be back and in additional shared the home with friends of ours to book as well.」

Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. 「The space worked for 7 of us. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were good. The view is amazing and deck was well appointed. Some things I would’ve liked to know ahead of time…the photos of the pool are a bit deceiving. The pool is very small, more like a big hot tub. The grill was propped up on a rock because the legs have rusted off and two of the burners didn’t work. There’s no ice maker so plan on buying lots of ice. The dishwasher didn’t work. They said the part was ordered. Overall...

「Blue Beards is a lovely place to be. Its high on a hill and there are lots of steps! The road up to the place is not in great shape. Walking up and down the hill to town can be a little difficult. Blue Beards itself is fantastic. The view is amazing. The grill has great food with gluten-free options, which we needed. The staff are all very helpful and friendly!」

「Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape.
