“We were pleased to find that the house was well represented in the photos. The rooms are huge, and the views of the lake are amazing. The house is old but in good shape, cozy, and perfect for our family gathering. Our daughters and our grandchildren joined us and there was plenty of space and everyone enjoyed it. “Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“We spent Thanksgiving week in Honey House in Clarence. We had a grand time hanging out in the house and also enjoying Clarence and Buffalo. The House was spacious -- big dining table for computers, games or eating. There was plenty of room in the living room for football watching. The bedrooms were also spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated and there was plenty of hot water for the five of us. “We’ve stayed in a lot of home rentals and this was one of our favorites. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped (we like to cook!) and the property was very unique. Would definitely love to stay here again.”
