"I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am....."

"The property was well presented and in a great location. The apartment was warm and welcoming, which made you feel at home. Close to the city centre and within walking distance of the Waterfront Precent. Plenty of parking onsite and in the street for bigger cars. Communication with the host was easy. Will be back and would definitely stay here again. "
