「The problem we had was the hotel did not receive our reservation from Expedia. The desk staff told me to book another room now and deal with Expedia to get our money back. I showed her my receipt and the confirmation. She still insisted on not having our reservation. So I decided to communicate via on line chat with Expedia and luckily within 10 minutes the hotel received the confirmation. I have never been in this situation in my life in a foreign country. The past 2 days at another properties...

「De kamer was vuil, de wc deur kwam tegen de wcpot aan waardoor met dichte deur van het toilet gebruik maken niet mogelijk was, douchevloer helemaal kapot, niet werkende afzuiger, helemaal geen personeel gezien. Klacht met foto's bij Expedia ingediend, maar na bevestiging van ontvangst geen reactie gekregen. Vrienden van ons hadden kamer op 3e verdieping. Geen lift aanwezig en 6 lange trappen omhoog.」

「Appartement très fonctionnel, avec une grande terrasse face à la baie, un pur bonheur. L'accueil est charmant. Seul bémol: contrairement à ce qui est dit sur le site Expédia, il n'y a pas de wifi dans les appartements (à moins d'être à côté de la réception ou de la piscine, ce qui n'était pas notre cas), ou de manière aléatoire. Sinon, la notation aurait été 5 étoiles.」
