"Great option for a large group or family We had 18 people ranging from 6 to 77 the property is close to the lovely town of Fano and all it’s amenities "

"Had a good time in the house with our friends. A warm and friendly welcome from the owner/family of the house. Very nice pool and view over the valley. The pizza oven are great. The gravel road to the house are a little steep and bumpy, but we got used to it."

"On day 2 our bed broker,in the middle of the night. Yesterday due to easy rain we had water pouring from walls all room, even on our bed. The house needs heavy maintenance. We're really disappointed."

"This was a wonderful place. It was so well equipped and generously supplied. We have never seen a rental so well and thoughtfully supplied, we wanted for nothing. Stefano and Christina were wonderful hosts and the apartment was lovely. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the Adriatic every afternoon after sightseeing the charming towns. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone and we would love to stay here again."

"Have now been there for the last three years. Hotel has wonderful view over the beach and the Adriatic Sea. Also offers an excellent breakfast which comes with the room. Very modern rooms and welcoming staff and management we will be returning for our yearly Pesaro visit next year."
