"Apartment was in great condition, had perfect stay meanwhile on dental holiday. The service in main bar was disappointing every night even we only had drinks. And at checkout they wanted to charge me again for the apartment. They blamed it on expedia, although I refused to pay. Needed to leave for dentist for appointment, but even since no one got back to me. Need in better service and clearer managing of booking. Apartment although recommended. "

"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"Would absolutely stay here the next time we are in Budapest. The room was absolutely enormous, with a beautiful balcony that overlooked a cobbled street with restaurants. The furniture was so 60s - awesome! Everything was immaculate and the breakfast at a partner hotel was the best we had in Budapest. "An easy stay, had no issues in our time there. Unfortunately we were ground floor so could not enjoy spending time outside as there are three rooms sharing a communal outside area.
