“Great place to stay for a few days if you're visiting Holiday World or the area. ”

“Overall it was a wonderful stay! We stayed as our entire family for our trip to Holiday World and used all the rooms and beds. There were linens provided for all beds (except for pillow cases) and plenty of towels for everyone! Just a heads up, if you do plan to come be sure to bring all your own shower supplies as no soaps/hair products were provided. The host was very responsive and it was a very smooth process! The location was great for our visit and do plan to return!”

“Nice little cabin for a quick night stay before heading to Holiday World. Clean and ready to go upon arrival. Cookware was provided and made a homemade dinner possible. Holiday World was only 15 min away. We will reserve again on our next trip to Holiday World!”

“The owner Doug was really nice and accommodating for us! We were on our motorcycle and were able to park it in the garage attached to the cabin making everything close and comfortable! He warned me about the deep gravel to make sure I knew about it before riding through it to the garage so that I was prepared because it does make riding a little more difficult but all was well and we had a great weekend! The concert we saw at Lincoln Amphitheater was only about 10 miles away so it was a short……

“The check in process was super easy. We had a couple questions and Amy responded very quickly. The house was clean and very well equipped. Lots of seating for large groups. The grill and blackstone were appreciated. Good supply of towels & washcloths. DVD's for rainy days or we were able to stream without any problems. We rented the yellow and blue houses for a total of 16 and had adequate sleeping room. The goats are a nice touch. Also got to see deer & wild turkey (and a tiny lizard). ……

“We came for family wedding with our son and his wife and two young children. The house was perfect and very tastefully decorated paying the perfect tribute to “the bird man”. We will definitely stay again when visiting family. ”

The hosts were very communicative. We had lunch at the restaurant below and the food was really good. Definitely recommend! “Jennifer’s East Side Cozy Condo is the place to stay. My family and I were in town for the Cal Ripken World Series being held in Vincennes. This place has everything you could possibly need except the groceries lol and the beds were comfy. The neighbors were really nice. I would definitely book again. Thank you Jennifer😊”
