「We did not realize that this was one of many cookie cutter condos in the Snowmass Village before we arrived. Because of this, we had a bit of difficulty locating the property and understanding how to check in and unload the car. I did call the front desk and they were very helpful in directing us to the property front door and once we were finally checked in, we were more at ease with the property. The staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage up to our room and they were able to direct...

「The listing states it has air conditioning which is false. There are ceiling fans only. The place was clean and the room service very good. We enjoyed the balcony which was equipped with two chairs and a small table. Overall, our stay was comfortable. The parking for the condos is very tight. I would suggest driving a smaller vehicle to make it easier to get in and out of the parking lots.」

「We had a great time. The location was excellent and the rental process was easy. We are being asked to pay to repair a broken cabinet that we did not break or even use. But I suppose that is part of the process of VRBO rentals. We will still remember this as a great vacation.」
