“We had a very nice vacation at Chateau Novak in Velka Bukova. The house is very originally furnished and has everything you could possibly need: spacious kitchen(s), clean toilets, cozy and clean beds, huge common rooms. A highlight is the piano, billiard and table tennis table, projector + screen, fireplace, garden with seating and barbecue facilities, espresso machine. Everything top! Very uncomplicated communication, friendly reception & service. 2 castles and plenty of hiking……

“Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.”

A pleasant stay
"Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅"
