"4th year in a row our family had a wonderfull summer holiday in this fantastic villa with a lot of space, pool and country garden, perfect for relaxing. Some days we took trips in the area with beautiful villages, landscapes, culture, food and people - incl. nearby Orvieto, the Monster Park and the Waterfalls. "

"This was a great stay in our favorite town, Orvieto! It was fun to be able to walk anywhere right from our doorstep. The rooms were great size, queen beds, the hosts supplied everything we needed (and even asked if we needed a towel change). The place we stayed before made us purchase our own toilet paper and paper towels so it was nice to have that amenity. The hosts were also very responsive with any questions or offiering to help make reservations. The only tiny thing I would say is that...

"We stayed in the house for two weeks from the middle of August to the beginning of September 2022. We just loved it! The house and surroundings are as fabulous as described. Guido is a cordial host. The communication is uncomplicated. We hope to come back soon!"

"De omgeving is absoluut fantastisch! Je bent volledig omgeven door prachtige natuur. Absolute rust. Prachtige tuin. Groot zwembad. Het water in het zwembad is jammer genoeg erg koud. Het huis: Wij zaten in een appartement voor 5 personen. Er waren 2 slaapkamers: 1 eenpersoonskamer, de andere tweepersoons. Er stond een uittrekbare divan in de keuken. Dit uittrekbare bed is ongeschikt om in te slapen. Wij hebben de matras op de grond moeten leggen om onze tienermeiden toch iets van slaaprust te...

"A wonderful escape, especially after 5 activity filled days and nights in a hot and crowded Rome. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....

"This house is perfect for staying with friends and family. The views are beautiful and the house is very well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all equipment required. The cupboard to help yourself to if you’d forgotten any essentials was a really lovely touch. Tracy and Francesco could not have been more accommodating in answering questions and checking in with us whilst we stayed. We cannot recommend this house more - a really great place to stay."
