“I spent 3 nights in Sea Views, Queenscliff recently. What a charming place to stay. It was very clean, cosy and quirky. The bed was comfortable and there was a television in the bedroom. I was warm without lighting the fire (which was ready to put a match too). There were lots of windows and views to the water from the window seat in the lounge. Alison was so helpful in suggesting music venues to visit on the Friday and Saturday nights. I enjoyed them both but especially loved visiting the……

“Property was listed as having a queen bed, 2 singles and a queen sofa bed. What it actually had was a queen bed (which was comfy, clean, enough blankets, all good), a sofa bed which wasn’t great to sleep on, and one small thin mattress over a slab of wood basically which was meant to be one of the single beds, and no second single bed. My sister had the worst first night’s sleep and almost went and booked a room elsewhere for the second night. We actually thought we’d booked into a retro themed……

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“非常糟糕的体验，算下来接近700一个房间，首先环境乱糟糟，在一个树林里面，周围全是废弃房车改造的住宿，我们这个木屋，2室一厅，第二个房间非常小，像青年旅馆，卫生间没有任何沐浴洗澡洗手洗头的产品，在澳洲住了10几天第一次遇到这种情况，而且浴室淋浴房里面竟然还有沙子，根本没有在客人入住之前进行清洁，厨房的电子灶也全部是坏的，用不了，服务也很差，非常糟糕的体验，感觉是花大价格住了青年旅馆”
