「This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. The AC didn’t work properly, just the fan component worked. Also, there’s no actual staff on site, so if you have an issue or question you text them and it took a couple hours to receive a response.
