「The actual prorperty was not as shown in the pictures on line. It was described as luxury. It was not luxurious. It was dated and dingy in some areas. The toilet was a bit tricky, jiggling the handle and waiting to flush because of the water flow. The water pressure upstairs was low. There were stains on the cushions on the diningroom chairs, and upstairs bedroom cushions. The dining room table was not properly wiped down.
The workers were friendly to include the security personnel.

「It was our third time staying at Dickinson bay cottages. We love the proximity to the beach. This time we were in a 1 bedroom. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We like the updated washroom, but the towel bar needed to be affixed more securely, possiblyina better location.」

「This location is 12 minutes away from the town of St.Johns and less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Very close to Dickerson Bay which is one of the nicest beaches on that side of the island. Property is well secured with cameras and motion lights. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Denyse the host is onsite so any issues can be addressed immediately. She is very accommodating and professional. An excellent choice for a home away from home atmosphere」

「
Tucked away from the crowds yet perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the island has to offer, this six-cottage retreat is nothing short of a hidden gem. From the moment you arrive, the pace slows, the noise fades, and you’re invited to settle into true island time.
Each cottage is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable, carefree stay—blending charm, privacy, and all the modern conveniences without sacrificing its intimate, laid-back character. It’s the kind of...

「Overall, my stay was quite good. The environment and location were great, and the host was very friendly. The only areas for improvement were: the seasonings were a bit limited – salt and pepper were almost gone; laundry detergent needed to be brought from home; and the shower water pressure was a little low. Aside from these, everything else was perfect, and I would gladly recommend this place.」

「Excellent check in process, nice property, very clean, great AC in the bedroom. Very quiet and secluded, really reminded me of a cottage. Not much around that you can walk to but overall it was a really nice spot with excellent hosts.」
