“Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. Kitchen surfaces were dirty on our arrival and there was no hot water or even……

“The place is built sustainability so there is a solar farm for electricity and rainwater downpipes that lead to underground cisterns on each building. These cisterns supply water to the building. The building is near to the coast and you can see the sea and yachts based on the room that you assigned. It is a lovely place, very serene. It is about 7 mins by car from the Falmouth Harbour Marina. If you are interested you could informally get a tour of the marina. The staff were very good, both the……

“Had an amazing time while in Antigua. The location of this place is great if you want to be near the action, but far enough away to have a quiet secluded stay. Check-in was easy and effortless. Keyless entry was amazing and made it for one less item to carry. Getting in touch with the owner was simple and they are always attentive.I would definitely recommend people to stay here solo or organize a group stay, since there are multiple units.”

“Overall, my stay was quite good. The environment and location were great, and the host was very friendly. The only areas for improvement were: the seasonings were a bit limited – salt and pepper were almost gone; laundry detergent needed to be brought from home; and the shower water pressure was a little low. Aside from these, everything else was perfect, and I would gladly recommend this place.”

“Cottage was clean, A.C worked great. Kitchen and bathroom was clean just had an ant problem. I traveled alone, the unit was very spacious. The pool was decent. Able to walk to the beach just be mindful coming back is uphill. Not many choices of restaurants but they will call a taxi for you. Staff was super friendly, willing to help with and definitely made me feel comfortable and safe. I would stay here again”
