"We had to change rooms 3 times because the air conditioning wasnt working. The staff did not check to see if it was working in the rooms they moved us to before moving us nor did they help move our belongings ( I was traveling alone with 2 toddlers ) The ice cream and slushes were a neat amenity and the outdoor pool area was well maintained"

"Good place to stay, and a few extra things to do like swimming and a gym. Room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Always someone at the front desk if we needed something. Big parking lot which is necessary with how many travelers there were. Located in a decent area, close to the interstate but also a few restaurants too."

"Room very nice hotel very quiet except for some street noise that quieted down after 11 pm. Breakfast was good and plenty of room. Parking was across a sky bridge and was a bit awkward to cross, but still works. Obvious hotel is under staffed as front desk personnel doing multiple jobs. Was also impossible to get through to property directly on the phone."

"We stayed here for one night and had a mixed experience. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and it was nice to see that the property is beginning some remodeling efforts. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice addition and appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. The bed was noticeably slanted, to the point that we ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed just to be comfortable. Cleanliness was also a concern. There was hair on the back of the toilet and on the bathroom floor, a smudge on the toilet seat, and what appeared to be a streak of dried period blood down the front of the toilet. The exterior entrance wasn't much better. Mosquitoes were swarming around the back door, and the air conditioner from the floor above was dripping directly onto guests as they entered. The shower had excellent water pressure, but it was almost too much—more like standing under a water park feature than a typical hotel shower. There are some positives here, especially the friendly staff and breakfast, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues need attention before I would consider staying again."

"The carpet in the room was stained and had a big tear right by the door. The carpet through out the hotel was dirty and stained. When asked for extra pillows they didn't have any was told to check the next day for the pillow. The pool and hot tube was great very clean."
