「Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch.」

「Very comfortable. Many things to do in beautiful scenery. Drove our Jeep, so did Jeep trails in the area, plus fishing. Frank, the host’s dad, went above and beyond with helpful information. So enjoyed meeting him.」

「Good stay with 7 family members. Much better than 3 hotel rooms. Road to location ruff and complicated. Wierd there's 2 separate bathrooms in master bedroom but nice to have. Some leftover Marijuana residue in tray on livingroom coffee table. Sign of the times? No soap or shampoo i baths so plan for that.」

「Very clean, comfortable condo, super comfy bed. 2 blocks from restauraunts and shops...we walked to really good restaurants all 4 nights of our stay. Best meal was at Chimayo...don't miss it! Owner very accessable although we had zero problems. Highly recommend. The space is much nicer than the photos portray.」

「This spot was perfect for a low key weekend away. We backpack regularly, so having a hot shower and an electric kettle made it feel so luxurious! We loved sitting on the porch rocking chairs, and it was close enough to get to any Durango activities. 」

「The layout of the house was perfect for three adult females. We each had our own section of the house. The house was very clean. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was as well as all paper products, including paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenexes in every room. There was plenty of dishwashing soap as well as laundry soap, and trash bags. 「We had a comfortable stay, and Geoff was very communicative with us about the whole process. He made it very easy to want to come back again! 」

「Absolutely loved the location. Location was just outside of town, with easy access. Home was warm and inviting. Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「We loved the convenience of being close to family in Bayfield. Previously we have stayed in hotels in Durango and were glad not to have to drive back and forth to Durango every day. The cabin was in such a pretty setting by the river. Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the property, we hope to return! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The host said we could bring an air mattress, so each grandchild spent a night with us also. Perfect! 」
