"Great location right next to Osakako station with walking distance to the aquarium, Legoland etc. it and has everything you need for an apartment hotel. Lots of spaces including the tatami room. The building is a bit old and run down but clean enough. The only complaint is the WiFi is very slow. "

"Great location. Plenty of food vendors in the nearby area and vending machines pretty much on every block. Hotel was clean and spacious. Only downside is that they don’t regularly clean the room. You have to book a request via a QR code link to have the room cleaned or towels replaced."

"Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"Location is okay. Within 15 mins. walk to market. However, not very clean overall. Duet has stains, air conditioning is noisy when in low fan. Space is limited. Entrance corridor lights are dim. Communication with owner is not ideal. He/she even thought we'd arrive the day after & mixed up the date that we 'd depart. As we only stayed 2 nights & on next destination. It's barely ok but would not revisit again."

"Rooms are clean but the beds are hard. This may be normal in Japan but a bit firm for me. Convenient to transport options Plenty of restaurants within 20 minutes walk around Tennoji Station. Good shopping mall for self catering. "

Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."

"After some issues with initial contact, check-in went smoothly. Arrived at 9PM, retrieved my key, and went up to the room. Each unit is the whole floor, so no knocking walks. Unit was secure, very clean/bright, well-equipped, and looked like a recent build. Could’ve fix 6 in this unit easily, so for the 2 of us, the space was ample. Things to note: 1) HS line train station exit 2 is 100 yds from your front door—very convenient. 2) A 7-11 is a 100 yds in the other direction. Stopped there...

"The entrance of the hotel took a second glance to find as it's a single door that when you look into, looks like garage. We had to walk inside, and then towards the back was the elevator to take us to the room. Instructions provided was quite clear so there were no issues with our room entry. Regarding the room, it was average, and is definitely more glorified in the stock pictures. My only complaint was the couch being lumpy to the point where you can feel the spring in the cushions. Hopefully...
