It was clean comfortable and relaxing I had stayed for Christmas and it was close to my family great geataway for some peace as we all know the holidays are exciting but overwhelming. The owners were very nice and communicated extremely well. The only thing i didnt care for was the steps they were very narrow. But other than that that it was perfect! “The host was welcoming and the house was nicely set up. Beautiful and comfortable furniture and beds. The host failed to inform us that the house was not fully heated which was a problem when the temps dropped to the 20’s. Several rooms were heated(the upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom did not have heat. Nor any of the common areas. There is a wall heater added in the living/entrance area but it is not big enough to heat the area. We were freezing. “The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”

“Cute duplex; Nice and clean; Felt safe in the gated area. Night shifter here so I sleep during the day and it got a little warm. The smell from the cleaning supplies was a little strong on the first day, but it was clean! The bed was comfy! A sound machine and portable fan where in the bedroom, which was an awesome touch. ”
