「Please be aware that you need to upload a passport online to a third party company for every person over 16 that is staying at the property. We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. We were uncomfortable doing this with all the online identity theft that is prevalent today. The communication with the property was poor. We messaged several times through...

「A pleasant spacious ground floor flat with parking right outside in a quiet location . Very comfortable lounge, lovely new walk-in shower. Kitchen a bit basic. Would have preferred a summer weight duvet instead of 13.5 tog winter one provided in height of summer! However, happy to stay there again.」

「The closeness to the High St. meant it was easy to walk to find something to eat/drink. The host was very helpful.」

「Amount of things supplied, didn't really need half the stuff we took. Excellent flat. Well equipped. Nice set up. Bonus bottle of wine. Lovely views. Apart from stairs everything was perfect, even stairs I coped with. Can't praise it enough.」

「Hi the apartment was comfortable, the beds were good and bathrooms great. All amenities were good. I deducted a star because the settee was really uncomfortable. I couldn't sit on it. Had no support. The parking was good and the apartment was close to all. Id stay again. Thank uou.」

「We left after just 4 hours because the property was nothing like the listing. The photos give a far better impression than the reality. Before arrival, I had to chase the host for check-in instructions as nothing had been sent. Even after calling, I was only given the key safe code. Later that day, after we’d already left, I received an email stating there was a £100 charge per pet, despite the Hotels.com listing clearly advertising “pets go free.” The property appeared to have had only...

「Honestly website does not do the property justice it is absolutely amazing can not recommend enough. Never stayed anywhere as clean amazing housekeeping team just incredible」

「Great, modern hotel. Favreau room and location. Right in the heart of the Old Town. Check in and keys are all online via an app. First time, I use a staff less hotel but it was all very smooth. Highly recommended」

「Great cottage style accommodation. Kitchen/dinner, living room with a sofa the turns into two separate single beds, bathroom with powerful shower and comfy double bed on upper floor. Tv in living room and kitchen. Great for our family of four with two teen kids. Will visit again!」

「Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn.」

「The house was nice and tidy, but a sort of curtain for the skylight in the second bedroom would be good. There was a bit of a problem with the parking. We parked backwards and because of the little ramp, the bottom of the car touched the ground. It wasn't damaged, but still. Otherwise this was a good stay.」
