“Wonderful dock for boats, and we had great waterskiing at the north end of the lake. Incredibly responsive hosts. Home was beautiful and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole large group. Would stay there again!!!”

“When I first arrive at the rental the door battery was dead so I had to book a hotel. The property is also under construction so while I was taking a nap and my fiancé was in the shower maintenance let themselves in. The property does not at all look like the listing as there are unfinished projects. The ceiling drywall is missing, the pedestal sink in bathroom isn’t secure as well as the toilet.”

“We were scheduled to stay on the property Saturday, Sunday and Monday night. Upon arrival, we checked the house and the temperature in the house was 82 degrees. We found the AC was not functionings properly. We contacted the host. The host made several suggestions to maybe fix the problem. None of the suggestions worked. The host tried to contact a repair person but since it was late Saturday afternoon the host could not find somebody to respond to the problem. The host also felt that we……

“Discovered this very local listing (I live 6ish miles away) while looking for a unique and convenient venue to host my recently discovered biological brother for our first face to face meeting. The timing was challenging, as the college nearby was holding “Parents Weekend” leaving all the Ashland area hotel rooms booked. But as I was familiar with Pactamere Farm, this spot intrigued me. My brother was wrapping up a busy conference week in NYC prior to his visit with me in Hanover County, and……

“Loved this property! It was clean, easy parking, and easy to navigate/communicate with management. Even though it is a virtual front desk, they respond to any needs you have. Our balcony overlooked beautiful Lake Anna and was next to a seafood restaurant. It also had a nice commons area to sit and relax. ”
