“Great place to stay bed was comfy and ac worked. The beach at the property was amazing and we would go for swims in the Caribbean 2-3 times a day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the other vacationers were all very lovely most had been coming for 10 years or more. This is our first trip. There won’t be our last.”

“The property is located on a quiet, private road and convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The view of the ocean from the living area and bedrooms was perfect! There was direct access to the oceanfront and the home supplied snorkeling equipment for guest use. We would definitely come here again in the future.”

Only guests use this beach which was nice. It was very hot so we didn’t really hang out on the patio. AC worked great. Perfect spot for a home base while exploring the island. If you want a quiet peaceful stay this is the place for you.”

“We needed to stay somewhere for couple of days and this place was less expensive and available. Owner was polite and understanding and the property was clean and ready for us. It is a studio apartment. Has a balcony. Located at first floor. There is a beach nearby. Good for short stays.”

“The house offered ample room for our family. We had a few issues upon arrival but Robin corrected them immediately. The air conditioning in one room went down and within an hour she had someone fixing it. One bed was broken and a worker came and reinforced it better than new. After that everything was in working order. The kitchen needs to be better stocked for a family. There is one simple set of pots and pans. No bakeware or serving bowls. We used house decor to make mixing bowls and salad……

“Great place for big family. Rooms were great. The view is incredible overlooking Buck Island. The beach is like your own private getaway. If the wind comes out of the north you do get a lot seaweed.”

“We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating. The rooms were clean, roomy with AC and a small kitchenette. It also included a light continental breakfast. Thank you for being such gracious hosts. ”

“My best friend and I stayed here the first week on June. We had an incredible time and absolutely loved the condo and location. The views in the morning were something I still miss!! We enjoyed the island, the beaches and the local cuisine. We really enjoyed taking a trip up to the Mt. Pellier Domino Club to feed the pigs beer! That was super cool. All in all, this condo and the host Gina were amazing. I would recommend this rental to everyone coming to the island for vacation.”

There were a few stairs up then back down to get into the property ( I had my elderly dad with me., other than that it was perfect. The property had everything we needed ie. “Our stay was amazing. A beautiful view of the beach from the living room balcony. Everything you could possibly need to cook or eat with was there. The sheets were so soft on the beds. Plenty of towels including beach towels. So many extras usually not included (Beach chairs, snorkeling gear.). We definitely made lots of fun memories here and will be back.”

“We stayed with Brooke at Coakley Bay and the time passed far to quickly. The condo has perfect views, plenty big being 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. Easy to find, Brooke was always available when we had questions. The diving was spectacular and dining was great. I recommend Dunigans for Lobster. The condo has a great pool that is warm and perfect for relaxation. We would buy the place if it were available.”
