2 night stay

We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!

Great getaway

We enjoyed the beautiful views and breezes on the property. We wanted to get a feel for what it would be like to live on the island and it was perfect for our needs!

Spectacular view

This was a nice place to stay for a few days. The view from here is amazing and the Royalls were very helpful hosts. I would recommend renting a jeep or SUV with high clearance if you stay here because the short road leading to the residence is not easy for a regular sedan.

Delightful Apartment with Beautiful Ocean View

From the moment we arrived we felted welcomed. Will the property owner greeted us and showed us around. He treated my husband and I with treats and a bottle of Cruzan Rum to celebrate our honeymoon. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Cute place, great owners, steep driveway

Will was really great to communicate with. There was a double book in the system for the room we chose but he gave us a different room to stay with refunded money until we found a new place. The suite he had was adequate for 2 people and it was great having a TV to chill with, fridge to keep our food in and beautiful view from the top of the hill. It is a very steep driveway for a taxi van or small car on dirt roads, so do get a 4x4 and you'll be great.
