“Clean room and pet friendly”

“It was a nice neighborhood very tranquil with a beautiful view of Reno, NV. No issues at all and the host was very response and accommodating. Highly recommend, we had 3 toddlers age 2 and even with the stairs we had no issues at all and they enjoyed the park and large grass area available just a few houses up the road, it helped keep then entertained and to get their energy burned out. Very close to freeway so getting anywhere was not difficult at all.”

You can tell they genuinely have their guests' best interests in mind. This is our third stay at their place, and each visit has been outstanding. “Location was excellent - just north of U. of Nevada Reno and overlooking Rancho San Rafael Regional Park with excellent view of the mountains to the west of Reno. Evans Canyon Trailhead and Rancho San Rafael Nature Trail are very close as is a disc golf course. Plenty of room with three bedrooms (one with four bunk beds) upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The only issue was a noisy furnace for those light sleepers in the downstairs bedroom. Room to park in the garage if ping pong table is……

“The host communication was great and the home was in great shape. ”

“I like that the communication was good through the expedia app to contact our accommodations for the studio. Room was very small but clean. Room got extremely hot at night even w fan and air running but air turned off when sleeping. Made for a very hard time resting. Had to take all bedding off to sleep comfortably. Hard children crying late at night after 10pm 11pm.glad it was clean tho”
