"We met the host on the first day and never saw her again. On the second to last day of our stay, we lost internet signal. That was the day that we needed it the most. I wanted to check-in to our flight for the following day and we had to run back and forth to the shopping mall to complete out transactions. We never saw our host again. I received an e-mail to let us know to leave the keys in the mail slot. The area we stayed in was also a bit sketchy. we were told that it was quiet at night...not...

"On the day of checking in, I was sent the address and check in details. When walking in, we realised that this was not the same property we booked. It was smelly, dirty, uncomfortable and in poor shape. Upon talking to the host I was told that the apartment we booked was ‘damaged’ so they moved us there. We paid a lot to stay in the original accommodation and would of paid maybe half to stay in the accommodation we were given. All we were offered was a car spot (there was free parking...

"We stayed for two nights in a lovely wooden chalet in Anger with our friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place is beautiful, with stunning views, very peaceful and cozy. The hosts were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. One of our cars got stuck on the road, and when we called them, they immediately came to help us. The accommodation was spotless, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed. A huge thank you to the Muhr family for creating such a memorable experience...
