"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. "The property was very clean but The lady at the reception during our check in was very rude. She was very arrogant when we asked to change our room since the room description in the listing was misleading. Couple of things were not working in the room-The electric control for the black out drapes were not working. TV was not working either. The lady during our check out was very courteous."
