"Our stay at this delightful home was perfect for our Christmas holiday in Northville. Before we reserved the home, and throughout the entire stay, Ben was very prompt to answer questions, and made himself available for assistance. Ben decorated the home beautifully for Christmas with lights, a tree, and decor. He went above and beyond to create an atmosphere of cheer and comfort. Ben’s home was clean, and fully appointed for cooking a large meal, or hosting friends and family. The beds have excellent mattresses and pillows. The WiFi actually works in this remote location, so we were never disconnected from calls or realtime news. The house is great for a couple or small family. Honestly, we do not have one thing to mention that could be improved upon. Oh, and the view is just spectacular. We have found our home away from home when traveling to Northville. Thank you for everything Ben, we will be back! "

"I was traveling and decided to stay at the Hotel Broadalbin. It is a nicely restored 170+ yr old hotel with restaurant/bar on the main street in a small village. Had a nice chat with the owner. It has the feel of stepping back in time. All the rooms were restored a few years ago and have that 19th century feel, antique furniture, etc. The bed was comfortable. I liked the smart Roku TV. I stayed there again the following week when i came back through. So much nicer than any of the chain hotels. "

"My family stayed here for a long weekend in October. There is a lakefront area directly across the street which is exclusive to the property. The views are beautiful and lake access is extremely easy. Beautiful scenery with the leaves changing! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the small patio in front. The home is recently renovated and everything is brand new and clean. My kids enjoyed the foosball table! Our host was very accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend heading up to Auger Falls for a hike. We would love to visit again! "
