“We had a wonderful winter weekend at this sweet home. 4 long time friends looking for an Adirondack winter weekend and this house was perfectly placed close to Lapland Lake, Northville and a great winter hiking spot. The home was perfectly clean, beds were all SOOOO comfortable (a must!) and the house was stocked full of all our needs. There is a gas stove in the kitchen to heat up the living room area fabulously - and creates the perfect ambiance too. We had about 5 inches of snow the……

“Bonnie and Steve were excellent hosts. The communication with them was great. They provided us with suggestions for places to visit and were incredibly friendly. The house was beautiful! They did a great job renovating it and the whole place was impeccably clean and had everything I could think of. There were lots of hiking opportunities in the area that we took advantage of, too. It was just a great experience all around!”

“Lovely cabin close to family!. Beautiful location. Adorable kitchen. Love all the decor and large windows. Thermostat wasn’t working upstairs, but the provided blankets were very warm. I’m allergic to most laundry detergent so we always bring our own bedding/pillowcases/towels etc, but it was great to have the backup blankets to use over our comforter. We didn’t find body towels, but we brought ours anyway. Do bring your own towels and tissue box. Overall a wonderful stay and look forward to our……

“Everything was new and clean. Conveniently located in / near Caroga Town. Easy to get in and out of the cabin. Appreciated the extra set of instructions / cabin information to check throughout out, and selection of board games. ”

“1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. Does have first floor bedroom but a bit of distance to the single well appointed bath on that floor. Kitchen quite well equipped and even had a wide……

“Secluded location, just like the name of the property says. Large spaces for family to gather, but also enough bedrooms and space throughout the house for us and our three adult children to have some privacy. We loved exploring the trails on the property and the frequent wildlife sightings (deer and turkeys!) Many small towns nearby for exploring - shopping, paved walking/hiking/biking trails, groceries and restaurants. If you're up for a longer drive, Lake George and Lake Placid are farther……
