「After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

「Room was cold. No parking lot for vehicle. Only off-street parking was available 」

「Property bedding was dirty, carpet dirty, sofas were dirty. Not was listed in the pictures. Asked me for $900 deposit through Zelle. No respond. Expedia needs to investigate this company for false advertising. 」

「There was no hot water. The host said that maybe a bunch of people were using the hot water at the same time.. the TV didn’t work because there was no power on that wall. The location was great, close to everything. Overall not impressed for the price 」

「The property has everything we needed for a two night stay. Driving to NYC is approximately 40 mins. We like how this apartment was modernly designed. The check in and check out process was easy - detailed instruction provided. Would stay again. 」

「The location was perfect for our family getaway. The snow and river backdrop brought the holiday spirit out in our college age kids. There was plenty of room and the fireplace was great. All the appliances are high end and the communication was excellent. The host went out of his way to make the visit special. Would highly recommend 」
