「The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. 」

「We loved our stay on Trout Lake! Check in was easy and as described. The kitchen was well-stocked and nicely set up for meal prep for our group of 7. We enjoyed the bi-level deck with a large table and chairs for 6 on both levels. The inside common area was plenty spacious for the one rainy day we needed to be indoors. 「We stayed here for a perfect fall getaway. A little hard to find in the dark, so I'd recommend getting there before dark. Other than that it was in a peaceful setting, quiet out of the way place we'd definitely stay at again. 」

Miles of beautiful pine needle covered hiking trails along the river just steps away. Great location, pretty short drive to campuses, restaurants, convenience stores.
