「Had a great stay at this adorable home in Tipp Hill! Fun scavenger hunt made the stay even more fun & gave us some great local history! Woul definitely stay again. One note...if you have trouble going up & down stairs, this may not be a good fit, there are steps to get to the house & the staircase is a bit tight with a tight turn. If that's not an issue for you, then I highly recommend a stay at this super cute perfectly located home in Tipp Hill!」

「We went to Syracuse for the Syracuse nationals car show. Approximately five days before we left, I asked the host if there was an outside grill. I was told that there would be one there.. We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous. Needless to say, that statement gave me a few more gray hairs. After a few more text messages, the host finally got it right. I would...

「I would absolutely 100% stay at this property again. It is absolutely gorgeous. Very quiet. Far better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We will be back」

「Great house right on the lake, the only thing that I did not like was all of the spiders in the house! Saw Atleast 20.. probably more. I definitely did not sleep good that night. It might be common for lake houses to have a lot of creepy crawlers being so close to water, not sure but that would be my only complaint. Host was great with communication and the check in/check out process was clear and easy.」

「The entire process of booking and checking in was seamless. Michelle responded to messages promptly and courteously. She graciously helped with a reservation request and assisted me with the wifi password. Everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend.」

「Great location, a tiny bit off the beaten bath between Cortland and Syracuse..worth the extra few minutes driving from the highway. New looking, very clean, spacious rooms, easy parking. Nice sports bar/restaurant on the premises also overlooking the golf course and hills in the distance. The host was en exceptional communicator!」
