“Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Alles was erg netjes en duidelijk. Huis is helemaal compleet met alle toebehoren en schoon. Zelfs een heerlijke massage kunnen boeken bij de eigenaresse. Enige minpuntje voor ons was dat de televisie geen apps had en geen mogelijkheid tot connecten met je telefoon of dergelijks. Maar dat was dan ook het enige! ”

“We loved Chateau de La Loue. The house is beautiful, in an idyllic location. There was lots of space, very well equipped, and the river at the bottom of the garden was stunning. “The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. Positiv überrascht hat uns, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat.Das absolute Highlight war der Spa-Bereich und das Spielzimmer. Wir sind im Sommer gekommen und dachten, wir würden das Spa nicht nutzen. Allerdings fließt durch den Spa-Bereich ein kleiner, echter Fluss, weshalb es selbst im Sommer dort angenehm kühl ist……

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
