"We liked this apartment - basic but almost everything you needed - a toaster would be nice though. Great views out of the window over the huge beach and you could watch the pilgrims as they passed by. Easy walk to the station - not many trains but they were cheap - buy tickets on the ap. Choice of eateries nearby but we loved Pra la Caminha. Owners brother Antony met us (and was even kind enough to carry our bags up stairs). The wifi appears to be a personal hotspot - so doesn't support many...

"The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is very central, so everywhere within the central city was within walking distance. Good internet, free cable TV (including CNN and many other English-language news channels. Fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again."
