「2 hours to check in as room was not ready. Then both ac units didn’t work and there were clothes left in the room from previous guests that the cleaners did not remove. The resort never fixed or helped accommodate us to another room they just kept blowing me off. Staff was nice just didn’t seem to care about my room issues. 」
