“The property is exactly as shown. It is clean and quiet and simple, which made it a great home base as we explored the area.”

“The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. ”

“The barn has a really nice charm and unique character. I liked the artwork and books .The property manager was very prompt to answer my call and hear my concerns. I really enjoyed the instruments with my children and the outdoor nature views with the big windows it was the reason I booked it. With that said, a major draw back is the home needs some safety renovations if it is going to allow small families to book in my opinion . The sliding door in the back on the bottom floor doesn’t lock……

“This was not an easy or restful stay. There were multiple disruptions and I had to communicate with the host substantially more than I would have liked throughout the four-night stay. I will not return. The unit was not sufficiently clean. Dust, pet or human hair, ants, dead bugs, etc. Upon my request, they offered to do another cleaning but it was in the evening and halfway through my stay. Also, the garage door opener (remote) wasn’t in the unit, making using the garage inconvenient. The host……

“Comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, and such a great place to stay!”

“Perfect location in downtown Beaverton. You can walk everywhere from this house. Yard was nice, the house was comfortable, especially the bed. I didn't cook while there but the kitchen seemed well stocked. I would stay here again for sure.”

“All communication with the host was friendly and kept us up to date on what would be going on with the larger house that is not part of the suite we were in. The provided directions got us to the location without any trouble, even well after sunset. This in-law suite slept two comfortably. We had our college age daughter with us who slept on the futon. The futon isn't the best of accommodations for sleeping but worked out just fine for a college age person who has had less comfortable beds in……
