「Cozy. Just perfect 」

「About 14 minutes outside of round top. A perfect place to get away and peacefully look at horses and our shopping list.」

「We spent the July 4th weekend at this charming place. It was exceptionally clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. You won’t need to take anything except your food and drinks. The front porch is delightful for drinking your morning coffee. It reminded us of my wife’s grandmother’s front porch. Our dog loved exploring the front yard which is completely fenced. The host was great at communicating with us. A great place to escape for some quiet time or Chapell Hill’s July 4th parade.」

「The house was not as clean as I would have liked. There were cobwebs, water bugs andLooked like repair leftovers on the bathroom floor. The beds and linens were clean. Take hangers if you want to hang something. The house overall was comfortable and we felt safe there.」

「Very cute! Comfy beds. Nice deck and back yard. Great quiet area of Brenham.」

「This is a lovely updated cottage right in the center of town, but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lovely accommodations and an amazing and attentive host! If ever in the area again will certainly look to rebook this property! You will not be disappointed.」

「This property was absolutely perfect!! It was so comfortable and closely located to everything. It was well stocked with everything a person could need. Burton is the most precious little town!」

「Very clean, no ice tho. And tv’s didn’t work/ I don’t think they were connected. Highly recommend for roundtop events. Beautiful land. Very nice hosts. Problem was I sent emails not on vrbo portal. The email from Expedia and vrbo were incorrect with how to get in. Had to go to house for help. Host didn’t read my emails or contact me to give me specifics for getting in.」

「The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!」

「Communication with the host was great! The home was very inviting and comfortable and amenities were appreciated. Close distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Brenham We’ll definitely stay here again!」
