My kids loved walking down to the water, there’s even enough yard for the kids to run around. The backyard had beautiful sunsets. House was very clean with enough room for everyone. “Joe and Kait are wonderful hosts—very communicative, helpful, accommodating—and the house is just as it looks in the pictures. It was a perfect house for our group of 10–6 adults, 4 kids—great comfortable space for hanging out, cooking and eating, and sleeping. It had everything we needed. We made great use of the entire space, the yard especially—soccer and football even though it was cold. It was the absolute perfect place to celebrate our family Thanksgiving, and we’d definitely do it again. ”

“ Perfect spot for a girls weekend- 4 adults. Very clean, enjoyed the views. It’s nice that all rooms have water views. Beds were comfortable enough. It was off season but still plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. Spent the day in Newport doing mansion tours. Responsive and informative host. ”

Location was also convenient to all the family events of the weekend. Host was so helpful and answered all questions so quickly. The family had a great weekend and talked about returning in the future. Great stay.”
