「Okay-ish. The house is nice in a good location but it is an older home the heating system is not even through out the house making one room barely warm and the other frying hot. The bed in the second bedroom is less then a foot off the ground. The yard is very large with lots of seating but also very overgrown. 「This is the most amazing place and absolutely perfect for families! I had cousin camp there with all my grandchildren and the home and grounds are absolutely perfect for this. We had such a wonderful time. The house was so clean and the yard so beautiful. The sport court is amazing and we had so much fun playing kickball in the backyard and playing together. The house is very clean, the owners were very responsive, but it is not a luxury home and the other homes at that price point are. 「We loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was fun to stay in a piece of history. Chris was very good with communication and even came by and introduced himself. He was very informative of things to do and places to eat. We would definitely stay at one of his properties again.」

「Excellent location for our stay to work at the Ice Sheet. Prompt answers to our questions from the host; no fan in the bathroom so it got a bit humid in there but it met our needs (no hairdryer tho) Beds were comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. No oven, but there is a hotplate. A microwave would have been nice to reheat leftovers. All in all it was a great place to stay tho. One block from the bus stop was handy when our schedules weren’t the same.」
