“The house was super cute, everything was bright and very modern. The host definitely made us feel welcome with fresh cucumber water, smores basket, snacks & cold water in the fridge upon arrival. There was a stash of games and puzzles provided that we enjoyed playing at the table on the deck under the lighted gazebo at night. The pontoon boat was perfect. “House was a great location if you are visiting Indiana Beach. Literally a 3 min drive right around the corner from the main entrance. Less than 10 mins away from groceries and fast food to south. Owner was pleasant, but communication was not great. Messages through VRBO took over an hour or over night to get a response. “We love this house. Perfect location for swimming and floating. Love that we can bring our boat.”

“Overall the property was exactly what we were looking for to host our family vacation this year. Being right on the water and within walking distance to Indiana Beach (5 minutes) allowed our family to have a ton to do during our stay. The only two small critiques would be 1) the firepit area is quiet small and doesn't really allow for sitting next to it and 2) the decks could use a good power washing as they felt slightly dirty. “The cottage was absolutely perfect for what we needed at night (two couples to sleep) and above expectations for what we needed during the day (an outdoor entertainment area with amazing lake access). Craig and Haley were fantastic at communicating with me the entire time. The decks were just phenomenal for enjoying the view, catching up with family, and having a yummy grilled dinner.
