"Sunny apartment"

"Great Location. Short walk to Woden shopping centre. Unit windows and TV screen were covered in hand or paw prints and hadn't been cleaned. Had to walk through very soggy carpet in hallway on way to our unit as air conditioning pipe was dripping continuously. Poor communication advising how and when to pay deposit for the key. We had to ring on arrival at unit block to find out what was happening about entry to the unit and parking. "

"Lounge unfortunately was only a futon and made it very hard to sit on for 5 days very uncomfortable and not the lounge in the photo on Wotif website. TV had no normal free to air tv channels only LG free channels so no news and cricket. Last issue was the towels, we had to purchase new towels to use as the white ones supplied were very smelly and had stains on them. We purchased some from Harris Scarfe to use for the rest of the stay. Other than that, the unit was nice and new. No AC or fan in...

"Property tired. Linen substandard, sheets and pillow cases below average. No spare pillow cases for additional pillow cases. Old carpet stains on bedroom carpet. While furnishings wiped, need to be wiped dry. Coffee plunger had no glass insert. Stain on chair in bedroom. Needs extensive clean and update. "
