"客室の状態はとても良かったです。対応してくださったオーナー様もとても丁寧で良かったですが浴槽が広くお湯が溜まるのに時間かかり湯温が下がってしまうのと洗い場が狭く体格の大きい人には不便でした。室内の階段が急で同じく体格の大きい人が辛かったです。お部屋はバーカウンターはじめとても素敵でした。"

"先月オープンしたばかりという事もあり、部屋はとても綺麗だった。アメニティはタオルやコップ、使い捨てながらシャンプー等も含めて一通り揃っているのも良し。部屋はシャワーのみだが山代温泉総湯の入浴券も貰えるので温泉も楽しめる。時勢柄、熊には注意と説明され、渡された鍵には熊除けの鈴も付いていた。コテージへの道路脇には猪の足跡も見られたが、これは場所柄仕方なし。コテージが遊歩道沿いにある為、明るい内は他の一般客が結構コテージを覗きに来るのは何か対策が欲しい所。逆に夜は静かに過ごせる。個人的にはとても気に入った。機あらばまた宿泊したい。"

"Check-in and out processes were easy. Staffs were kind and welcoming. Amenities were well-kept. Hotel location is close to the main train station. Breakfast option is a bit expensive for per person, per day (JPY 2500). Room is small, but the convenience outweighs it."
