“Booked the hotel due to spa however was not open due to cleaning.
Shower head is not functioning how it supposed to and distributes water everywhere else but where it supposed to. Lose screws on the rail for the shower head as well as the glass cover for the bath tub. Sink smells. Pillow is hard like a stone. Gym is like a sauna and the lighting of it is very poor. Some equipment was broken.
To high price in regards of the bad quality and not accessible spa.

“The hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations. We didn’t get off to the best start as there was a storm so there was a power cut, which we know couldn’t be helped. There was no running water for the first evening which meant we couldn’t wash/shower before dinner, there was then still no hot water the next morning. With all the problems there was only one staff member trying to deal with it all covering the reception, bar, spa and restaurant. We left early on our last morning and there was no hot……

“Hotel added a hidden fee of 7.5 euro at the time of checkout calling it a "registration fee". This was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking the hotel. They could not even explain what this is about as I did not register for any other additional service. Very bad experience and leaves a bad mark on the customer with such hidden charges!!”
