“Certes le ravalement est à refaire mais la proprietaire n'est pas seule dans l'immeuble donc ce n'est pas qqch qui lui est reprochable.L'appart a de grandes pièces (hormis la SdB mais la douche est très grande) et est bien adapté aux familles.
