「The check in instructions and parking information was explained very well. Linens were clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very walkable and felt safe. It was the perfect spot to stay after seeing an event at Little Caesar’s event center and was very convenient because we walked and didn’t have to deal with event parking.」

「Large, spacious loft apartment in a neighbourhood close to Downtown, Riverfront and Huntington Place. Free parking was very convenient. And the apartment building is very easy to find. There are nice cafes and pubs in Corktown within walking distance. Easy access to the bus station. It worked very well for me.」

「The property was well equipped, great location and perfect for our visit. It would have been helpful to get more j formation on where to get a key and where to park. There was a lot of running up and down to the apartment. It would not have been possible if I was alone. Luckily there were 4 of us to load and wait in the car. But, that is a part of city living I understand.Will be back again.」

「Liked the layout and cleanliness of the suite. We had a significant issue leading to very little sleep over two nights. The neighbours above the suite were incredibly loud until 5 a.m one morning and early the second night. We think they had a number of dogs. The second night we could hear a fight and lots of arguing and swear words. Seemed to be little noise protection between the two units.」

「What an amazing space!! Be aware that the loft is on the 4th floor with no elevator and street parking was not available due to construction. If those conditions are of no concern to you (as they were not for me) then you’ll enjoy your stay. Host was communicative and helpful. I would 100% stay there again if my travels bring me back to Detroit!」

「I loved the cleanliness and location of the property. If I had to criticize anything it would be the mattress which we found needed a bit more firmness. Also, the speaker for the projector could use a bit more volume.There is a coffee maker there but be sure to pack your own coffee to bring along. All in all we enjoyed our stay .」

「Great place and hosts」

「The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue...

「The rental was clean, with the exception of some of the door frames. The location is okay. It’s a reasonably pleasant walk to the Q line. Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the only bathroom is downstairs. It is an old building, so the stairs are steep, with narrow treads. If you have mobility issues, you might want to consider a different rental. Also worth mentioning is that the floors and stairs are very loud. The owner is responsive, and we didn’t have any problems occur during our stay.」

「An amazing space to stay close to downtown, will be booking again. Very secured place have multiple locks, even though we got the wrong pin at first our host responded fast enough to let us get in.」
