Check in process is a major hassle. I would recommend they have photos/videos of where the lock box is. Host was very responsive (even late night) to help us check in. Place was very clean, fantastic location, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great property and great location. Well cared for and maintained. Support from the owners / managers was always available and prompt. Getting the building key was a bit tricky as other reviewers have also mentioned. The box for the key is really small on an outside wall so easy to miss. We received some noise complaints from other tenants - we weren’t loud but may have been our kids playing. Was before 9:30pm. Just something to know that there may be other tenants there used to really quiet conditions.

Great Spot!

The stay was great, The rooms were really beautiful and clean. The area was beautiful and had a lot of good restaurants. Communication with the property manager was smooth and quick. No complaints!

Detroit...who knew?

We had a great time staying downtown during the Elite 8! Beautiful apartment within walking distance of...well...pretty much everything one could ever contemplate. Other than a semi-funky check-in process, it was a great stay!

Great time in Detroit!

Very clean. Very responsive hosts. A little confusing on instructions (fobs) and parking garage levels vs condo levels for bridge but figured it out. Now that I know the ropes will definitely come again!!!

Great location and very clean loft with lots of space. Construction in the alley next to the building with barricades which cause some problems with locating garage pass and door fob. The property is very close to most points of interest and a very nice elegant restaurant next door with great food. A very quiet building with residents and visitors and minimal noise from outside street traffic. The is a great location for a romantic getaway in the heart of downtown Detroit.

Fantastic Property

A friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit managed by ENVITAE at the Capital Park Lofts downtown Detroit. The unit was absolutely GORGEOUS. It was clean, spacious, modern and in close proximity to everything you would want to see downtown Detroit. We were in the city for the Lions game and the location was perfect. The team at ENVITAE are incredible. They were super responsive, helpful and friendly. We had in/out parking privileges for a very fair price and everything about the area was safe and enjoyable. 5 stars all day. We will for sure be keeping our eyes open for ENVITAE properties for future games, just an incredible weekend from top to bottom. Thank you ENVITAE for the great memories.

Overall a great stay.

The only recommendation I would make is that this property is located in the heart of downtown, so it’s not in a particularly quiet area. However, we did receive noise complaints simply from talking, which suggests the walls may be quite thin or that the neighbors are overly sensitive to noise.
