We were told at check in that you had a shuttle that would take us anywhere within a 3 mile radius when we were ready to go to the amphitheater they then said they couldn’t but the shuttle was outside doing nothing but sitting listening got the radio We walked and my boyfriend ended up getting taken to the area hospital for the heat

The elevator was broken, and judging by the sign it had been for a long time. The entire hotel stinks of cigarette smoke and weed, you can smell it in the halls. My room was even worse with the smell of cigarettes, the air from the AC had that smell like the filter had never been changed. The shower had a slow drain that filled the tub above my ankles during an 8 minute shower. I would not recommend this hotel.

The elevator was broken. Things happen Even though we did not have but two pieces of luggage, the reservation clerk stopped her duties to assist and support our efforts. That was very kind of her. She got one of the guys working there walkec us to the 2nd floor. I am 83 years old and the kindness shown us was most appreciated. Great employee . We will most certainly recommend your hotel to our friends. Thank you so much. Please let your Reservation clerk know we appreciated her.

We appreciated the shuttle service and the staff was friendly. We didn’t run into any issues while there, besides the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The cleanliness was also lacking in areas surrounding the property and in the main hotel areas/hallways.

Pros:liked the free parking. The air conditioner was amazing. They had plenty of hot water. Cons:There was mold growing in the ceiling above the shower. The exhaust fan was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom.The bathroom door had a punch hole. The elevator was broken and the stairwell and hall ways smelled of urine and smoke. Stained furniture.
