The manager and the new staff are a great improvement to the property. They really are taking care of the hotel and making sure everything is clean, quiet, and to best standard. I'll be sure to come back again!

They just did some renovations on the rooms and they are sooo clean and quiet. The hotel is very safe and they finished the renovations in the lobby and it looks amazing and the new staff they have now are so respectful and helpful

I was totally stunned for having a horrible experience. But this review comes for a deep reform of this particular Comfort Inn in Livonia, MI. Not only that the tv, room phone did not work, and the tub look like it wasnt clean; I was worried about my safety and the inconvenience this property caused. There was only one older guy working the front desk and it seemed like he had health issues. To be honest, this property must be ashamed of themselves for basically leaving this man alone. Matter of fact, there were a bunch of other complaints from others. However, I truely thank Expedia for helping me with this matter for a full refund. Nonetheless, this Comfort Inn truely dissapointed me.

the worst stay ever

OK, so for starters I paid for a room that had a Jacuzzi tub I get to the hotel. They tell me that room is not clean and will not be available until someone can come in the next day and clean so we said OK so he ended up giving us the most basic room but never gave me any discount or anything and then me and my girl get to the room and the lock is completely busted off the door and the door open completely from the outside, so the lock didn’t help and the chain latch was busted off there was also no bathroom door at all in the room my girl was so scared. She had me put stuff in front of the door just so she could sleep. I found that so crazy that my girl had to deal with that. I told the guy that was working about it. He said that there was nothing that he could do at that time because he was the only one there and they were full. There was no other room he could put us in and he couldn’t give us our money back. So we stayed in the room, uncomfortable and dreading the whole night.

Health hazard hotel

Checked in and switched rooms 3x…each one had mold, no hot water, and rooms that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I walked out and went to another hotel. Complete waste of money.

BEWARE!!!

Got to hotel late after traveling and was told that the hotel had canceled our reservation as as of a month ago they no longer work with Hotels.com and we would have to get with Hotels.com to get refund. They said because hotels under prices rooms, but amazingly Hotels.com rate was the same rate as on hotels website. Also hotel was unclean, people in cars in parking lot right by front door smoking weed and blasting music. Trash on ground. Clerk terrible understanding of English.
