Cozy Centrally Located Home!

Charming Bungalow centrally located, updated, close to all the downtowns (Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham and Detroit). 2 Bedrooms in the first floor and 3rd bedroom on the master on the second floor, great internet, amazing shower! washer and dryer!

Location wise doesn't get any better than this location, very quick to get on the highway and anywhere in southeast Michigan. Make a note that the house is right on a road parallel to the highway, noise inside is very minimal to the point that several long term renters never had an issue with it (including yours truly, I felt the same as any place far from the highway), but as a disclaimer I would say if you're very particular and sensitive to even small noise then take note, this might not be the place for you, also getting out with the car you have to back out into traffic (although you can maneuver so you don't back out and instead go front first) again never an issue when I asked renters about it; so if either of these 2 situations might be a bother for you then this is not the house for you, please find something else, otherwise it's a great updated little pad close to all the great places!

- I require my guests to fill out and sign my online contract (website allows me to access your email only after the booking is completed) but a few very important things to note in the contract:
> 100% No Parties
> Only registered guests are allowed in the house, any visitors need approval
> Maximum of 3 cars
> Quiet hours 9pm to 9am, after 9pm all activity is inside the house.
> If booking read the contract/house rules carefully
> There are monetary penalties for breaking important rules
> There's an outside camera facing the front of the house
